RATES

Our initial consultation is done for a flat rate of $95. This time is spent reviewing what material is going to be put on the site including graphics, artwork, logos, promotional material, contests, product information, data sheets, etc. Our rates are extremely competitive. Other companies usually charge a "setup fee". Rather than hide any costs, we inform clients up-front that there is a charge for the brainstorming session(s) necessary to form an outline for their site. This fee is the same, regardless of time spent in the actual overall site design phase.

For the actual page design and creation we charge $50/hr. Most pages take 1-2 hrs to complete.  This fee includes:

• scanning in logo or other artwork (up to 10 images/pg)
• text input of up to 100 lines/pg and any text formatting
• tables
• links
• frames
• navigation buttons (custom if desired)
• optimization for searchability and findability using meta tags, keywords, and other methods

Our regular hourly development rate does NOT include forms, Java or cgi-bin programming, secure order pages or password protected areas. These types of pages are created and billed at a variable rate depending upon complexity.  However, if using Adgrafix, our web hosting affiliate, many options that other companies charge additionally for are included such as e-mail alias', autoresponders, mail lists, password protected pages and directories, daily web site statistics reporting, and much more.  Visit Adgrafix today to learn more!
