Maintenance Contracts

Our comprehensive Service Contracts and Maintenance Contracts can work for you and keep your computer system(s) running at peak performance. Maintenance Contracts are available on a yearly basis and include a twice-yearly maintenance that includes:

Thorough cleaning of system interior and exterior (boards, CPU & power supply fans, etc.)

Clean all disk drive read/write heads (floppy, CD, rewriteables, etc.)

Diagnose, optimize, and defragment hard disk drive

Delete unnecessary files to reclaim disk space

Optimize memory allocation & Windows Registry

Optimize and clean up system files and directories

Benchmark speed test system to ensure it is running at optimal speed

A healthy computer system is a happy, well-performing system. Performance improvements can
be obtained simply by having periodic maintenance done on your computer system!

All of the above is performed on-site for only $99/yr per system (2x/yr) within our service area!

In addition, Labor Support Contracts can be purchased to cover all labor costs on system service. Blocks of hours can be purchased in advance at a discounted labor rate to be used throughout the year. The discount is based upon the number of hours purchased.
